About the SLAGO Groups

Allegro Music Group

The Allegro Music Group provides events for gay men and lesbians with an interest in music. It was founded in 1972 and was originally known as the CHE Music Group. For more information see the  Allegro Music Group web site.

Bromley Gay and Bisexual Men's Group

Bromley Gay and Bisexual Men's group is funded by the Bromley Primary Care Trust. It has regular social/support meetings and other activities. For more information see the  Bromley Gay and Bisexual Men's Group web site.

CAGS

CAGS (Croydon Area Gay Society) is a social and support group for gay men and lesbians in and around Croydon, with a very active tennis group. For more information see the CAGS web site.

CHE

CHE (The Campaign for Homosexual Equality) is long-established campaigning organisation working to change the attitudes and laws that make life difficult for homosexual and bisexual people in England and Wales. For more information see the CHE web site.

LGCM London Fellowship (3F)

The LGCM London Fellowship (previously the 3F Group) is the Central London Group of the Lesbian and Gay Christian Movement. The group meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month for discussion, prayer, friendship and food at St.Botolph's Church, Aldgate, EC3N 1AB. For more information see the London Fellowship Group web site.

LMG

LMG (London Monday Group) was a gay social and campaigning group, meeting on Mndays in central London. In January 2012 the group formerly wound itself up, but had paid its subscription to SLAGO for 2012, and ex-LMG members are currently entitled to attend SLAGO events (and compete as LMG in the SLAGO cup competition) see the LMG web site.

MCC South London

MCC (Metropolitan Community Church) South London is an open, inclusive and affirming church which provides a spiritual home for LGBT people. For more information see the MCC South London web site.

Merton LGBT Forum

Merton LGBT Forum has been set up to represent all the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans people who live, work, study or socialise in the London Borough of Merton. For more information see the Merton LGBT Forum web site.

SLG

SLG (South London Gays) is a friendly social group for gay people in the South London area, with a variety of social events, and monthly meetings with guest speakers at the Bread & Roses pub in Clapham. For more information see the SLG web site.
