Further information: 

The University of Glasgow students and staff will come together on November 20th to show our support of the transgender community, both within our University and world-wide, and raise awareness of the magnitude of transphobic hate crimes.

At 12pm we will raise the transgender flag on the north flagpole of the University.

At 6pm we will have some speeches and a candle light vigil in the cloisters to commemorate those lives that have been claimed.

After the vigil, everyone is welcome to come to the Gilchrist Postgraduate club.
